Deadline for receiving entries by mail to the church, by hand-delivery to the Arts & Aesthetics box in the church office, online, or PDF via e-mail to

Saturday, December 2

Art received at 8:30 a.m. in the Social Hall.

Show arranged and hung: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Opening Sale: Mercado: set-up between 9:00 & 9:30 in Social Hall.

Saturday, January 6, 2017

Pick up artwork between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.

All work must be ready to hang or display with a 3” x 5”white card stating: title, artist, framed size, description, NFS or price, media. Same information must be on the back of the work (Lower right hand corner).

A representative of the Arts & Aesthetics Committee will collect all money from sales.  Thirty percent will go to the church and checks for the artist’s percentage (70%) will be mailed to the artist at the end of the show.

The show will be available for public viewing Monday -Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but you must telephone the church office (884-1801) or Sally New (884-4327) to make arrangements.
